I am currently employed as Internet Operations Manager in London.
My major duties relate to the provision of Internet connectivity to a staff
of 500 government employees and ensuring the integrity of several computer networks.
My major interests are in the region of Information Technology (IT), specifically systems
integration, compliance auditing and security. I am a qualified as a
Lloyds Register Quality Assurance
internal auditor for ISO 9001:2000
(Quality Assurance)
and audit business units for compliance with our internal standards.
I read Biochemistry
in the Department of Life Sciences
at
Imperial College
of Science, Technology and Medicine in London and
obtained a Bachelor of Science in 1994.
By then I had developed an interest in computer modelling and enrolled in
the Computer Modelling of Biochemical and Biological Processes
(now: Bioinformatics)
course in 1995 at
Birkbeck College Department of

I obtained the International Baccalaureate in 1990
after attending the Vienna
International School.
